The host, Maggie made contact on several occasions in the lead up to our stay, to ensure we were ok with the weather conditions (due to recent fires in Victoria). didn't know about the national park - food was good in the room, but wished there was a bit of the history in the room of how the place came to be there...along with what to do in the area...ie visitors book. Loved listening to the birds and other 'bush noises' esp the kookaburras!
